Entry-Level IT Technician

We provide on-the-job training, tools, and mentorship to help you succeed in the fast-growing field of electronics repair and IT support.

Schedule : MondayFriday No nights or weekends Flexible FT / PT

Location : 1624 New Brighton Blvd, Minneapolis or 711 5th St SW #400, New Brighton

What You'll Do

  • Repair & Troubleshoot : smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles (training provided)
  • Customer Support : explain fixes in plain language, answer questions in-store, by phone & email
  • Document Work : log parts, tests and notes accurately in our repair system
  • Project Work : help prep and repair bulk devices for schools & businesses
  • Improve Processes : share ideas, keep your bench organized and safe
