PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) :

• Manage the Spares Dead on Arrival (DOA) / No Fault Found (NFF) parts programs.
• Facilitate the Investigations of failed, NFF, DOA, and defective parts, to identify root causes, and recommend changes and improvements to parts, documentation, and processes. Establish and publish performance metrics to show trends.
• Investigations include working directly with customers, field technical personnel, suppliers, and all company departments worldwide as needed, to investigate quality escapes, identify root causes, recommends changes and improvements to parts, documentation, and processes. Establish and publish performance metrics to show improvement trends.
• Facilitating includes scheduling and organizing meetings, working and communicating, directly with all fellow employees in all departments to evaluate work flow processes, and identify efficiency, quality, and cost cutting improvements. Assist departments to establish and publish applicable performance metrics to show trends.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $80,000 and $90,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime.

Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education / certifications, geographic location, and shift.
