Job Title : Inventory Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Worker to join our team. This full-time position requires commitment during our first shift, with occasional variations in hours. The role involves supporting all aspects of warehouse operations. If you are punctual, communicative, diligent, and enjoy working as part of a team, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill production orders from the main warehouse location.
  • Pick and deliver parts as requested.
  • Identify and label materials, recording proper warehouse locations to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Replenish primary stock locations.
  • Perform and report inventory cycle counts.
  • Conduct daily mail runs between buildings.
  • Perform light housekeeping and maintenance tasks, including preparing crates for finished assembled products.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Oracle knowledge is a plus).
  • Material handling equipment operation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and typing.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to squat, bend, kneel, reach overhead, and reach forward.
  • Experience with material handling, order picking, packing, pallet jack operation, shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, SAP, and ERP systems.

    Work Environment

    Work in a climate-controlled electronic manufacturing warehouse. The role involves minimal computer use, primarily focusing on manual order picking. The standard shift is from 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with activities including climbing rolling ladders up to 14 feet and lifting up to 50 pounds.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Texas.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
