Medical Laser & Aesthetics offers a variety of non-surgical treatments including facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, anti-snoring treatments, tattoo removal, and melasma and facial pigmentation disorder treatments. The services also include skin tightening, weight management, laser aesthetic services, injectables, acne and scar revision, skin resurfacing, and eye rejuvenation. Our offerings are designed to enhance the well-being and appearance of our clients.

Role Description

This part-time role for a Receptionist at Medical Laser & Aesthetics involves day-to-day tasks such as greeting clients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, faxing prescriptions, collecting payment for services and products, responding to text messages, ordering supplies and performing clerical duties. The Receptionist will also provide outstanding customer service, keep the bathroom and reception area tidy and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients. This is an on-site role located in Huntington Beach, CA.

Hours are 9 to 5 : 30 Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The pay is $20 to $24 based on experience and performance.

• Positive attitude.
• General computer skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in a medical or spa setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Spanish speaker is a plus.
