Travel RN - Tele Surgical Transplant - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel RN to join our Tele Surgical Transplant Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This unit specializes in transplant and stepdown care, focusing on patients who have undergone solid organ transplants including kidney, liver, or pancreas.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Transplant / Stepdown unit.
• Administer medications and manage Heparin drips and PCAs.
• Conduct wound and drain care, including the use of wound vacs and chest tubes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
