Noah Homes is seeking a detailed, compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to support the health and wellness needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position serves as the primary contact for all medical, dental, and vision care and ensures residents receive timely, high-quality healthcare services. This position serves as the primary contact for families, conservators, healthcare providers, and insurance partners, while maintaining accurate medical documentation and supporting the overall health and wellness needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate all medical, dental, and vision appointments for residents
• Maintain medical records, profiles, and appointment tracking. Experience with both analog and digital documentation.
• Communicate with families, conservators, providers, and insurance companies
• Audit medical and pharmacy billing; submit claims
• Dispense medications and oversee medication audits (MARs, med closets, HRIS systems)
• Conduct telemedicine visits, podiatry clinics, and vaccine clinics
• Maintain PPE and First Aid Kit inventory
• Transport residents to appointments and support DSP shifts as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekly program meetings
