Information Systems Analyst - Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst – Operations to support and enhance our operational systems, with a focus on the Infor CloudSuite v10 SAAS. This role will act as a liaison between business operations and IT, ensuring the effective use of Infor systems to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth. Currently this is a contract position, with an opportunity as a direct hire to the right fit

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Infor Financial systems.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Infor Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, etc.).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business units to identify and implement process improvements.
• Configure and maintain Infor modules and perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security in line with compliance policies.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing, and new module implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration problems.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and end-user training materials.
• Support report development using tools like Infor BI, Birst, or other reporting platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support teams when needed.
