SERVPRO of Brickell is looking to add an Operations Manager to our team!
The Operations Manager will report to the General Manager and be responsible for managing the restoration division. As an Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities within the facility and ensure that job schedules and products meet the customers quality standards at minimum costs.

Oversees the day-to-day operations of restoration crews including schedules and production levelsManages the tasks and activities of a diverse workforce to ensure jobs are being processed within a timely mannerEffectively communicates with all members of the restoration staff and delegates the appropriate duties for each team memberDevelop and implement processes to improve performanceDevelop employees for opportunities of greater responsibility, improves the abilities, skills, and knowledge of production personnel through appropriate instruction and training.Works with support personnel to ensure that all aspects of the job are met to prevent any delays in the job processEnsures strict compliance with all safety procedures and implements safe working procedures in assigned restoration areasPosition Requirements
High School Graduate or GED EquivalentValid Drivers License2+ years of management experienceAt least one year of restoration industry experience preferredIICRC certifications preferredExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsStrong process and results driven attitudeAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientatedMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications Skills / Physical Demands / CompetenciesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO Franchise is independently owned and operated.
