Opportunity Details :

• Perform a full scope of women's health exams, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
• Diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care for patients.
• Document patient histories and maintain accurate medical records.
• Counsel patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and wellness.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Stay current with best practices, clinical guidelines, and emerging innovations in the field.

Qualifications

Wages and Benefits include :

AnnualBase Salary : $296,000

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800

Estimated annual compensation for 10additionalsessional / per diem hours worked per week is $70,200

Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits) :

Employees areimmediatelyvestedin a 3% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.

After one year ofservice, employees receive anadditional7% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.
