Senior Implementation Engineer (RAID Specialist)

Description

• Refer Key ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, develop, and implement company’s RAID Product solution. Use experience with Subscription Fraud, Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance and Robocalling solutions to perform analyses of client’s business processes, map the requirements to business solutions, and design and plan how those solutions are implemented with the Mobileum RAID Product. Use experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Looker to develop ad-hoc reports so customers can use them to take informed decisions. Use experience with Spark and Apache Airflow to develop workflows, flow charts, and diagrams to enrich and process customers Voice, Data and SMS and other telecom datasets. Use experience with ETL layer creation, S3 and HDFS object storages to operate customers datalake. Use experience with JVM, Linux, and PostgreSQL to maintain serviceability for products and solutions maximum uptime. Use experience with telecom fees GGSN and voLTE to retrieve data and provide insight when conferring with client’s business needs. National / Domestic travel to various unanticipated client’s worksites 1-2 times a year. Must-have skillsAssociate’s Degree in Computer Engineering, or equivalent, or related field;

2 years of experience as Senior Deployment Engineer, Technical Team Lead, Application
