Hours : (M-TH) 8 am-5pm and (F) 8am-3pm

Location : Onsite in Greenwood IN

Rate : $23.00 / hour

Mid America Health is growing! We are seeking a full time Insurance Specialist to add to our team! Strong customer service skills ability to multitask proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are a must to be successful in this position!

The Insurance Specialist will perform an array of revenue cycle duties including but not limited to :

• Dental claim review and submission
• Identify and correct rejected and denied claims
• Managing accounts receivable including appeals
• Process and monitor incoming payments
• Update insurance plans / fee schedules as needed
• Chart note transcription
• Provide support with credentialing and contracting
• Assist with dental insurance verification for commercial and Medicaid plans in various states when needed
