About The Position

• Permanent (Full Time)
• Currently offering a $7,000 Sign-on Bonus

Annual Salary : 58,240 - 74,880 / Yearly.  (based on 40hr work week)

Summary : This position is responsible for performing radiographic procedures to produce diagnostic images in the radiology department, as well as in the emergency room and surgery suite using portable techniques. Provides procedural-related patient care and education. Maintains records and documentation for procedures. Identifies and supports patient care needs, including language barriers. Treats patients and families with dignity and respect. Ensures confidentiality of patient records. Interacts professionally with patients and families and provides explanations and verbal reassurance as necessary.

Responsibilities :

Appropriately positioning patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.

Performing regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.

Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.

Correctly interpreting doctors' written scanning instructions.

Administering radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

1 year of radiologic / CT experience  Required.

Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in radiologic technology, radiology, or a related field.  Required.

ARRT Certification Required.

COVID Vaccine or Medical / Religious Exemption Required.

BLS Certification.
