We are a firm dedicated to providing legal support to municipalities, is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. We help cities and schools navigate a broad spectrum of legal challenges, including personal injury, employment, discrimination, fraud, civil rights, and harassment cases. This role involves defending municipalities and educational institutions against diverse legal issues.

This is an onsite role in San Bernardino but we do offer a few work from home days depending on the candidate background.

Job Details

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Defense Attorney, with a focus on civil litigation cases
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
