Schedule : Onsite, 1st Shift (7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM), Full Time

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Planner 3 will support a high-volume aircraft production team by developing and maintaining manufacturing plans, work instructions, and supporting documentation. Responsibilities include managing BOMs, tooling requirements, supplier data, and resolving manufacturing issues to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions, and as-built documentation
Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supporting illustrations
Define and manage tooling requirements throughout the tool lifecycle
Perform producibility assessments and support design-for-manufacturing efforts
Review and approve supplier documentation to meet manufacturing requirements
Resolve manufacturing-related issues and improve process integrity
Integrate suppliers, materials, processes, and data to meet delivery schedules
Draft and revise procedures to ensure alignment with business and regulatory standards
Develop work sequencing plans to meet program deadlines
Required Qualifications
3+ years of manufacturing planning experience in the aerospace or related industry
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Proven experience writing and revising technical work instructions
Education typically includes :
Associate degree + 3 years' relevant experience
OR Bachelor's degree + 1 year
OR 5 years' equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with systems such as PDM, CAPP, and CMES
Experience supporting complex structural or assembly programs
Team & Project Details
Supporting a commercial aircraft structures team
Team size : Approximately 20–25 members
Standard 5-day workweek (no 9 / 80 schedule)
Overtime may be expected
No physical demands or safety-sensitive components
