Job Overview :
- Responsible for leading the Wellness Center. Main objectives are Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Owner Satisfaction (Financial Success)

Internal : Engineering, Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B.External : Hotel Guests, Club Members, VendorsSpecifications :
To perform this job effectively the incumbent of the position shall have at least one of three
skills :
General fitness and / or wellness leadership experience, including solid understanding of fitness training, fitness equipment, fitness trends.Customer service skills, including driving customer satisfaction, problem resolution, customer acquisition.Financial acumen, including creating, understanding, and interpreting budgets, forecasts, P&L statements, capital expenditure.All members shall have the ability to perform all the technical skills and physical skills required such as heavy lifting, climbing stairs, ladders and fitting into confined spaces. Some requirements may exclude individuals who pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves, other employees, or guests.Essential Qualifications :
High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent and Vocational background in fitness industry.Ability to communicate effectively.Ability to work cohesively in a team environmentAbility to work simple mathematics calculationsAbility to work in and around the public in a positive and professional mannerAbility to adapt to priority changes of workflowAbility to think clearly under high pressure or in emergency situationsAbility to lift at least fifty (50) poundsAbility to achieve positive results through Gallup Scores.Desirable Qualifications :
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)Certified Massage TherapistCertified Wellness and / or Dietary CoachCertified CPR and First Aid TrainerEssential Skills :
Knowledge of the fitness industry, including trends and best practicesKnowledge of exercise science and the human bodyStrong leadership, management, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExperience with budget management and financial planningProficiency in fitness management softwareEssential Job Functions :
Staff management : Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staffMarketing : Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new membersSales : Sell and retain membershipsEquipment : Maintain, repair, and ensure equipment meets safety standardsBudgeting : Prepare and check budgets, generate income, and cash upReporting : Author reports and prepare cash projectionsCustomer service : Address complaints and concernsHealth and safety : Ensure compliance with laws and regulationsFacility maintenance : Ensure the facility is clean and safePrograms : Manage classes and trainersSecondary Functions :
Participate in departmental problem-solving teams during weekly and monthly meetings.NOTE :
