Industry Knowledge : Understanding of healthcare staffing needs, recruitment compliance standards, sourcing methods, and unionized environments preferred. Skills & Attributes : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Schedule : Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Healthcare) with our client in Boston, MA. In this temporary role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, partner with hiring managers, and manage high-volume pipelines using Workday and other sourcing tools. Ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Partner :
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Lead high-volume recruitment for exempt and non-exempt healthcare roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
- Hiring Manager Partnership : Build relationships with department leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
- Sourcing & Outreach : Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, online platforms, and professional networks.
- Workday ATS Management : Utilize Workday to post jobs, screen candidates, manage pipelines, and move applicants through the hiring process.
- Experience & Process Improvement : Maintain a strong candidate experience while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment workflows.
