Applicants must be willing to drive within a 15-mile radius  of their home ZIP code to provide in-home services.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician

You’ll work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy techniques  to help them learn and grow. Responsibilities include :

• Supporting social skills like sharing and cooperative play
• Encouraging verbal and nonverbal communication through interactive activities
• Teaching emotional regulation and coping strategies
• Promoting positive behavior using reinforcement techniques
• Guiding motor skill development through structured play
• Enhancing problem-solving and thinking skills
• Encouraging daily living skills such as self-care and following routines

No ABA experience required —you will receive  extensive paid training  during a required, in-person  two-week program .
