Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Investigative Support Analyst to support immigration missions in the Washington DC metro area. The role requires experience in immigration law and familiarity with U.S. government systems / databases to determine immigration status. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with DHS agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the immigration status of individuals accurately using immigration law knowledge and system checks.
- Evaluate emergency and administrative calls to determine type of response required.
- Operate a central computerized phone system console to interpret and relay information.
- Use a multi-phone line communication system to transmit and receive routine and emergency calls.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with DHS systems / databases (ICE, CBP, and / or CIS).Experience engaging with federal executives and mission operators.Experience at headquarters and field / regional levels.Strong background in immigration law enforcement systems and data application.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing analytical reports or briefings.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Professional judgment, discretion, and ethical conduct.Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.Leadership, collaboration, and adaptability in dynamic environments.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Must be local to the DC metropolitan area and report on‑site daily.Must be available for 24 / 7 rotating shift work.Seniority Level
