AI Developer to join the Business Analytics / Project Management team to build an AI-powered documentation assistant.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in AI / ML development in enterprise environments.
• Strong in Python- Must have
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Proficient in NLP tools (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data governance.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Power BI for reporting.

Role Overview :

This role focuses on developing a framework that leverages historical project documentation and internal knowledge bases to automate :

Support for an AI chatbot-style interface for project support.

The candidate should have strong Python and NLP experience

The Developer Will :

Use NLP to ingest and learn from historical documents stored in Confluence and other structured / unstructured repositories.

Work on hands-on development for NLP parsing, metadata extraction, and integration with Python-based APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop an AI-powered framework to :

Ingest and process unstructured documents (Word, PDF, Excel) using NLP and semantic technologies.

Scrape and integrate structured content from Confluence.
