Your Role

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based practices to enhance motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily life activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work effectively alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to guarantee a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Share knowledge and techniques with patients and caregivers to encourage continued improvement at home.
• Track Progress : Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track with their recovery.
