• As an Enterprise IT Tech II, you’ll provide remote, Level 2, IT support for staff and executives, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.
• You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues; manage escalated support tickets.
• You’ll also contribute to process improvements and documentation that strengthen IT efficiency and service delivery.
• Additionally, this individual will provide general facilities support at our on-site locations as needed.

Things You’ll Do Here :

Operate within governance and compliance frameworks while applying cybersecurity practices to safeguard systems and data.

What You’ll Bring to the Team :

Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android devices  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Detail oriented and organized in order to keep detailed notes on tickets  Ability to lift objects weighing 35-50 pounds on a regular basis  Ability to stand up to two or more hours at a time  Where You’ll Work :
