• Position Overview We are seeking a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  to join our supportive and mission-driven team.
• The LPN will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care, supporting daily health needs, and fostering a safe and positive environment for the individuals we serve.
• Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.
• Respond to medical emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
• Qualifications Active  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license  in the state of [Insert State].
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
