Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Position Overview

The Coordinator, Client Team will support the Auto, Pharma, Travel category Client Teams to engage with our leading advertising clients on opportunities across the NBCUniversal portfolio. Position will work closely with internal NBCU Ad Sales teams (Agency Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, Research, Strategy) to help develop client-focused efforts designed to drive revenue and grow our clients' businesses.

• Prepare and update tracking documents, status reports, executive business overviews, partnership recaps, and relationship mapping
• Assist with developing materials, proposals and presentations that enhance our partnerships with leading Auto, Pharma and Travel accounts
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with Client Leads, Agency Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Research and Strategy teams
• Proactively provide marketplace intel on NBCU's top Auto, Pharma and Travel accounts (for example : latest news, earnings reports, exec interviews)
• Proactively create and manage projects to support team
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the NBCUniversal portfolio, our offerings, and capabilities

Hybrid Position

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary Range : $55,000-$58,000
