Sales Representative – Salt Lake City, UT Lifespan Bath Remodel Lifespan Bath Remodel is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Salt Lake City team.

This position focuses on running pre-qualified, warm leads for homeowners interested in high-quality bath conversions and luxury remodels — as well as generating your own additional leads to boost your income and growth potential.

What We Offer Comprehensive paid sales and product training Excellent commissions and performance bonuses Unlimited earning potential – no cap on commission A fun, supportive, and successful work culture Real potential for a six-figure income What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners to present and sell Lifespan’s bath remodel solutions Run company-provided pre-qualified leads and develop self-generated leads Develop a strong understanding of our products, pricing, and sales process Manage leads, follow up on past clients, and generate referrals and repeat business Re-engage (“rehash”) with unsold appointments to close additional sales Clearly communicate sold projects with the production manager Report lead results and activity daily in our online CRM Collaborate with teammates and motivate one another to succeed Set annual income goals with the General Manager and build a plan to achieve them Occasionally attend weekend appointments and trade shows Drive safely and responsibly to and from appointments What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience (in-home preferred) Strong communication, organization, and closing skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license iPad for digital presentations and CRM use Ability to pass a background check Ready to Grow With Us?
