CNC Machinist / Programmer
You will be the CNC Machinist / Programmer for the Engineering & Prototype Laboratory (EPL) facility at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (LMMFC). Our team provides Engineering & Fabrication support for the Research & Development (R&D) teams, and we're looking for a skilled and ambitious CNC Machinist to join our team.
As the CNC Machinist / Programmer, you will be responsible for working in a "Build to Print" Machining environment, utilizing Drawings and 3D Models to develop the Fabrication process and generate NC Code using a CAD / CAM system. You will machine complex experimental, developmental, and prototype hardware and assemblies, and will be responsible for planning, tooling, work holding, fabricating fixtures, NC programming, and measuring machined hardware. Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
