The Technology LDP is an 18-month experiential commitment crafted to cultivate your business knowledge, gain on-the-job training, network in an encouraging, inclusive, team-based environment, have exposure to senior leaders, and contribute to the success of the company through 3-4 rotations. Embark on this journey as a Leadership Development Program Associate and lay the foundation for your future. The 18-month Technology LDP program offers a structured technical concentration or a pathway to upskill in a specific technology team. Specific programs change annually, and rotations are pre-determined for each concentration or pathway.

Responsibilities vary depending on rotation and assigned projects and may include :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Develop, document, test, and modify new and existing code
• Develop, document, test, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain new and existing software applications
• Develop working knowledge of Ameriprise systems, processes, data, and vendor tools
• Learn and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to the development life cycle
• Write and maintain development / programming / systems documentation, as well as operations and user guides, as required.
• Make recommendations for improvements. Continuously improve analysis skills and best practices from prior projects, training and peer learning.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with technology teams, business partners, and LDP peers
• Participation in Technology LDP Committees
