Supervisor, Provider Research

Job Summary

Pay Range : $68,000 - $133,000, position is eligible for an incentive bonus

Note : Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay range

Responsible for overseeing, evaluating, training, motivating, and managing staff responsible for activities related to provider research, education, and support, Medicare coordination of benefits inquiries from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and various other provider support projects. Communicates directly with providers and / or their support staff to resolve issues. Participates in various special projects and conducts data analysis related to improving the provider relationship with HMSA.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
