A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant to provide support in a sales environment for mortgage assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan applications and supporting documentation while maintaining communication with clients
Document client interactions in loan origination software and provide status updates to the Loan Originator or Production Team
Assist clients with the origination system and manage borrower documents accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
1-3 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred
0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred
Basic understanding of financial documents such as assets, income, and credit preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
