Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Mail Inserter Operator Lead for a stable digital printing company in Downers Grove,IL! Monday – Friday | 1pm-9 : 30pm | $19.50 / hr -$21 / hr Overtime possible and mandatory About the Mail Inserter Operator LeadRole As a Mail Inserter Operator Lead, your responsibilities will include : Perform accurate sign-offs and quality checks at job set-up to ensure that the operators are using the correct material, job and piece counts are correct Move personnel according to need and delegate work assignments to accommodate processing of daily work Audit work from operators to ensure 100% compliance on quality and report any concerns Train and cross train entry-level / senior Operators into different inserting equipment (Pitney Bowes, and B&H machines) Maintain high quality standards on all production and test jobs Other duties will be assigned Benefits while working with Crown Staffing MEC Health, 24-Hour Group Accident, Short-Term Disability, Term Life and AD&, Dental , Vision, Behavioral Health, IDX Social Plus, FreeRX Earned Paid Leave (based on hours worked) Competitive pay Weekly pay Direct deposit with pay card option No fees for our services and ongoing support Opportunities for permanent placement and career advancement Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and employee welfare APPLY NOW!
