$23-28 / hour (based on experience) | Full-Time. 32-36 hours a week.

What You’ll Do & Who You Are :

• Present treatment plans with confidence and close with care (you make big cases feel easy and comfortable for patients).
• Verify insurance benefits, submit clean claims, and maximize coverage like a pro.
• Read patient accounts accurately and catch discrepancies before they become problems.
• Collect co-pays, discuss financial arrangements, and keep the schedule flowing.
• Handle check-in / check-out, answer phones with warmth and professionalism, and keep everything organized.
• Multitask like a champion in a busy, upbeat front-office environment.
