What You'll Do
- Lead month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and cash flow management
- Partner with leadership on process improvement and operational visibility
- Assist with tax prep, filings, and compliance work as needed
- Provide day-to-day oversight of accounting activities with the opportunity to grow into formal team leadership
