Russo Family Dentistry is looking for a skilled, motivated, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team!

Position : Full-Time Dental Assistant

Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 : 15 -5, Wednesday 12-7, Friday 8-1

What We’re Looking For :

Prior dental assisting experience (chairside and sterilization)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Friendly and professional demeanor with patients

Knowledge of dental software and digital charting

Proficiency in taking X-rays and dental impressions

Infection control and sterilization protocol expertise

Patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Responsibilities Include :

Assisting the dentist during procedures

Preparing and sterilizing instruments and rooms

Taking X-rays, impressions, and intraoral scans as needed

Providing excellent patient care and support

Educating patients on oral health and home care

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical area
