POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming / outgoing products.
  • Prepares related documents.
  • Maintains shipping / receiving area.
  • Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
  • Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
  • Reconcile waybill bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
  • Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.

    • POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

  • High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Warehouse / manufacturing or distribution experience
  • Inventory experience
  • Shipping / Receiving experience
  • Data Entry experience; proficient in MS Excel
  • Attention to Detail
  • Solid communication skills and prior Customer Service experience.
  • Sense of urgency and able to multitask.

    • Schedule / Shift : C -Crew : Friday Saturday 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM and Sunday Monday 6 : 00 PM - 4 : 30 AM. Able to work additional hours or different shifts as needed.

    Location : Dearborn / Detroit MI

    Travel Requirements : None

    Over Time : Occasional
