YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst in 401 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL 60611 USA. Your mission will be to :

TheTreasury and Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for assisting withliquidity management, including (but not limited to) cash reporting andforecasting, working capital analysis, bank account management and transfers(including updating payee / vendor banking), letters of creditissuance / maintenance, and oversight and implementation of overall Treasuryprocesses / policies / procedures, including periodically coordinating with thebank and any related internal or external stakeholders on banking systemupdates. Treasury and Accounts PayableAnalyst will also manage corporate credit card programs and oversight,including managing approvals (via Certify), maintaining / validating list ofusers (via Works), and reporting on credit card spending. The role will require effective interactionswith banking institutions and work with banking partners and externalconsultants to continually improve corporate banking infrastructure andprocesses.

TheTreasury and Accounts Payable Analyst will work with AP leadership (AP Manager,AP Supervisor, and AP Leads) to assist with day-to-day activities of AP staff,including (but not limited to) assisting with reporting, preparation andimplementation of policies and procedures, invoice management, vendormanagement, and support to overall AP team.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree required, preferable in Accounting or Finance. Five years plus in a commercial Accounts Payable environment. Previous Analyst or supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, with high Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex situations with professionalism and decorum.

Compensation Package Overview

Compensation Range $73,000 - $78,000 annual salary
