Paralegal – Contracts (Hybrid role)

Bilingual Paralegal – Contracts (Portuguese or Spanish) | Strategic Sourcing

Location : Miramar, FL (onsite 4 days / week)

Type : Contract-to-Hire (benefits available during contract)

A large, global business consulting firm is seeking a bilingual paralegal with strong contracts experience to support strategic sourcing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to global sourcing projects and transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities :

Review, draft, and support negotiation of vendor and supplier contracts

Assist sourcing team with compliance, documentation, and contract management processes

Partner with business stakeholders and legal to ensure timely execution of agreements

Requirements :

Paralegal background with contracts experience

Bilingual in Portuguese OR Spanish (required)

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Ability to work onsite 4 days / week in Miramar, FL

This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment with exposure to global initiatives. Our firm is working directly with the hiring manager to fill this position.
