We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our office. You'll be essential in creating a smooth, welcoming, and productive environmentensuring everything from facilities to vendor coordination runs efficiently.

You will :

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Order and manage office supply inventory
  • Manage F&B for SF
  • Maintain Badging procurement for employees and new hires
  • Plan and execute monthly employee engagement events
  • Facilitate effective communication channels within the office, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for office-related services, equipment and F&B.
  • Manage office equipment and technology, including computers and printers.
  • Address any facility issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with collecting, cleaning, and resetting laptops
  • Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses
  • Coordinate with the finance department for expense tracking and reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees, management, and external stakeholders.

About you :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, database management).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Location : This role is 5 days a week in-office.

    Compensation & Benefits : This role will be a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension and / or conversion based on performance and company needs. The standard base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
