ITnova is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user technical assistance and maintain IT hardware / software environments.
Duties :
- Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Assist with account setup and network connectivity.
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Train users on system functionality and IT best practices.
- Maintain asset inventory and perform routine updates.
Education : Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
Preferred Certifications : CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator.
General Experience : Four (4) years in IT support.
Specialized Experience :
Two (2) years of hands-on desktop support experience.Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile device support.Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
