About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors, managing a team of part-time staff, and supporting a large volunteer network. Key competencies include a strong alignment with the company's mission, a minimum of 10 years of progressive development experience, and existing networks in the social services sector.
