Job Details

A respected Houston-based law firm is seeking a mid-level attorney to support its growing property owners association (POA / HOA) practice. This role is ideal for attorneys with experience advising community associations and handling a broad range of HOA governance, compliance, and enforcement matters.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as corporate counsel for assigned association clients, offering practical legal guidance on day-to-day operations
• Draft, revise, and interpret governing documents, including bylaws, declarations, and rules
• Attend and advise board and member meetings
• Oversee legal assistants and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks
• Prepare and pursue judicial foreclosures and related litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft court pleadings, legal opinions, and correspondence
• Maintain a full-time, in-person schedule and meet weekly billing expectations (30–40 hours / week)
