Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Warehouse Associate for a well-established distribution company located in North Austin. In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, organized, and ready to work in a hands-on environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for :

Receiving, unloading, and stocking materials accurately and safely

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment

Using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment (forklift if certified)

Assisting with cycle counts and inventory accuracy

Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Supporting other departments as needed for smooth operations

What you’ll need :

1-2 years of warehouse, general labor, or material handling experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Team player attitude with a willingness to learn
