Job Description
ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a cleared Program Analyst to support our contract in Colorado Springs, CO.
The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following :
- Support planning, development, organization, and implementation of the Command’s Counter-TCO program Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts, to include Requirements Development Process, Change Management Process, Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) efforts, and management of internal control / self-assessment programs
- Support management and execution of the CPI program and improvement cycle
- Assist teams with the development, scheduling, and execution of CPI events
- Identify and request resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure the team's mission is met
- Evaluate metrics and analysis tools to ensure the team's actions are timely and reviewed at critical points
- Review work presented for approval by team members and make recommendations for improvement either in the work itself or the methods used to accomplish the work
- Determine and recommend methods for improving the quality and effectiveness of the team's work
