Vitality Living is currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success.

As Sales Director you will :

• Manage sales metrics such as calls appointments tours closing sales (deposits) and move-ins.
• Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.
• Conduct virtual and in-person tours of the community for professionals and community influencers.
• Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources
• Report out on sales marketing and occupancy activity as well as maintain an up-to-date CRM database.
