Director, Corporate Development
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, the Director will support the Corporate Development team and business partners in the valuation and due diligence process of potential acquisitions and strategic investments including the coordination of due diligence activities with internal teams. Additionally, this role will be responsible for originating new opportunities that are strategically aligned with our business and assisting the team with strategic evaluations of core and non-core businesses. Other responsibilities include staying current on industry trends and monitoring strategic moves of top competitors / industry leaders as well as researching current and future trends in the financial services industry.

The Team
Fidelity Corporate Development Group is a multidisciplinary team that works closely with all Fidelity's Business Units and levels of the organization to evaluate strategic opportunities. These opportunities include potential investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances, as well as business unit evaluations and reviews.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-222,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
