Field Execution Manager

The Field Execution Manager plays a pivotal role in leading & scaling our in-store presence by managing a team of Field Execution Specialist. This leader will set the standard for excellence in execution, coach & develop our people, and drive collaboration with distribution partners to expand La Colombe's visibility & impact across markets.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach & develop a team of field execution specialists to consistently drive best in class store execution
- Build & contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, & continuous learning that aligns with La Colombe's mission & values
- Provide in market training, ride alongs, & performance feedback to grow in store selling, merchandising & relationship building skills
- Empower the team to share best practices & field insights to become internal voice of the customer
Execution
Oversee timely execution of sales programs & promotional activity across assigned marketsPartner closely with distributor leadership (District Sales Managers) to ensure compliance with La Colombe distribution, pricing, promo & POG standardsInfluence distributor performance by holding partners accountable to agreed upon milestones & execution goalsDrive incremental selling opportunities through guidance on identifying, negotiating & securing additional space, display & distributionMarket & Business Growth
Own regional & field execution plans ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while tailoring to local market needsUtilize data & team reporting to track execution quality, identify gaps, and deliver insights back to sales & leadership teamsPartner cross functionally with brand, sales, & operations to maximize La Colombe's impact in marketAct as a visible brand ambassador in the field, building strong relationships with retailers, distribution partners & consumersRequirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of experience or a combination of education and 5+ years of consumer products industry experience2+ years of management experience within CPG managing people in field sales, merchandising or retail execution teamsProven ability to coach, motivate, & develop talent in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environmentStrong selling & influencing skills with a track record of driving in store results through distributor and retailer partnershipsStrong organizational & time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple markets & priorities simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal & communication skills; able to clearly articulate field insights cross functionally & to leadershipEntrepreneurial spirit, passion for the F&B, and commitment to La Colombe mission & valuesMust have personal vehicle with valid driver's license & excellent driving record; ability to travel up to 40% of time including occasional weekendPeriodic lifting, bending, reaching and kneeling to execute in store at timesAbout Us
