Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a staff accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in South Phoenix, AZ, available for immediate start. This role is responsible for reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting the month-end close process. Candidates should have either a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or a minimum of five years' relevant accounting experience.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field OR 5+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems (such as NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting
