Human Resources Assistant

A company is looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and scheduling interviews

Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires

Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HR is a plus

2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR

Knowledge of HR processes and best practices

Proficient in MS Office and HR software

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
