Network Administrator

We are seeking a full-time Network Administrator to join our highly skilled team of IT professionals. This role will provide technical solutions and recommendations to our clients as well as our internal teams.

As a Network Administrator you will support remediate and maintain client servers workstations and peripherals through onsite on-call and remote work. You will deliver high-quality timely solutions through effective troubleshooting mentorship and subject matter expertise.

Technical Responsibilities

• Perform preventive health care checks on clients computing environments.
• Maintain client hardware and software solutions including patching and upgrades.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of servers network and workstation equipment.
• Proactively review and resolve network system and performance issues.
• Utilize client documentation online reference materials peer collaboration and ticket history to resolve technical problems.
• Provide timely and effective in-person or remote troubleshooting support for clients to resolve hardware software and networking issues.
• Provide expert consultation and security recommendations to further improve the client experience and security posture.
• Engage in a scheduled on-call rotation to deliver technical support services to clients beyond regular business hours.
