Drai’s Supper Club is looking for an ambitious line cook to join our growing team!
We are a modern French restaurant in Manhattan Meatpacking District open for dinner on Thursday-Sunday and are looking for an experienced cook to join us for dinner service.
The job includes prep of general items, plating in service, organizing and storing mis en place, and communicating and cooperating with the team to push the program forward. Our chefs are very collaborative and the right candidate would be able to have creative input as we change our desserts seasonally. Our Chefs have years of experience in Manhattans dine dining scene and you will have the opportunity to create dishes using recipes and techniques inspired by their time working with Daniel Boulud, Ignacio Mattos, Rich Torissi, Mario Carbone, and many more.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not mandatory. Hours are based off the flow of service but expected to be 3pm-11pm
