Job Overview
The Senior Mechanic HVAC performs scheduled and on-demand maintenance activities for all HVAC including patient related equipment and related systems to ensure maximum effectiveness, efficiency, and reliability of all HVAC and related equipment and systems. The Senior Mechanic works closely with the Building Automated System (BAS) controls team to achieve maximum efficiency from HVAC equipment.

Qualifications
EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE - Five (5) years healthcare, industrial or commercial HVAC experience.
EQUIVALENCY - HVAC Associate Degree will substitute for a Certification for HVAC
CERTIFICATION(S) - Universal CFC certificate. Certification for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, (HVAC)

SCOPE AND LEVEL

Work is reviewed for adherence to instructions, accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standard practice or precedent. Recurring work clearly covered by guidelines may or may not be reviewed.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range : $31.23 to $46.85
