Electrical Design Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to support our Horlick brand. This role will work out of our Randolph, MA location.
Our Horlick brand is a leading provider of motor-generator sets and custom control panels for the industrial industry, which supports automation, batching, packaging, HVAC, robotics, and combustion control.
The job : As our Electrical Design Engineer, you will help the Operations Teams design custom engineered control panels used to automate industrial equipment across a range of different industries. These industries include food processing, packaging, HVAC, vacuum process, chemical, oil / gas and water / wastewater (just to name a few!) Every day you will design engineered panels using AutoCAD Electrical, review / interpret specifications to build products used for industrial automation applications and create bills of materials and documentation for the manufacturing of control panels. You will also work in close cooperation with Operation Coordinators, Sales, and external customers to ensure understanding and to obtain required information.
The skills, education, and experience you need :
Previous PLC programming and HMI development skills and a 2-year Electrical Engineering degree with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
